[E19]Water gym leader Amaria

Ok I did the maze with dive waterfall and surf i got the scene with the green hair lady (don't remember name) and Amaria activated the portal for easy access and every time I come to the gym battle room I get a black screen. I tried to navigate blindly to Amaria so can can start the battle but she doesn't seem to be anywhere. Any suggestions?

Amaria is currently diving in the maze, I believe. You need to find her and talk to her a few times - when you enter a room and the floor/lighting is changing color, she's in that room.
