Sprite Shop Error

I've been having problems with creating my sprite and have no idea how to fix the problem...It asks me to create my base sprite, which i do.. going through the clothing until i have my base sprite.. but when i click the 'create sprite' button, the page reloads and again asks me to create my base sprite.. it wont let me create my sprite.. or is it that i am missing something? Please help me?

It's a little weird. All you have to do is have created a trainer card before, that way it has something to stick the sprite on.
