can you get kings rock in the game, if so where?

As far as I know, you can't, atleast not yet.

It used to be possible to get a King's Rock via the Pickup Army. But in Ep 10 the pickup tables were changed ao it's no longer viable. But if you managed to find one beforehand then with the fix to wild Pokes' DW abilities you can actually get a Drizzletoad.

I'm not sure what the pickup tables are like now, it may still be possible to get a King's Rock if your Phanpies and such are high level, but I've yet to test that.

I have a kingsrock! Got it from my zigzagoon in episode 9, so lucky becouse it's 1%

If you still have episode 9 in your pc you can still play from the saved game of ep. 10, only if you save in a spot that hasn't undergone any changes. So you can still go on pick up runs
