where to grind before 3rd gym (not the bug one)

My team is underleveled and I don't know where to grind. I have a noctowl(28), trubbish(24), pignite(29), woobat(23), flaaffy(27), and im trying to evolve my phanphy(21). Also is my team good for the gym? (poison guy)
