Porting A Pc savefile of Reborn to joi and vice versa

Hi does anyone know how to port my pc save of the game to joi play? My little sister kind of destroyed my laptop and I managed to save a back up of my savefile and wanted to continue but I have no Idea where to start. I also want to be able to send joi play save files back to my computer for when I get a new laptop at some point.
