E19 NPC Mezame Power Of Heart

I've just reached Agathe with the circus but there is a NPC here which is called Mezame and she propose us to unlock the hidden power of heart. Which is ? Do someone have an idea ?

It was not there in E18.

In e19, hidden power no longer depends on your ivs; she lets you change the hidden power type by paying heart scales.
