E19 Makuhita/Hariyama

This is the last pokemon i need for complete dex and all guides point me to South Obsidia Ward post renovation during the morning/day, but i've been here for hours, both in alleyways and in the grass and havent seen them at all. Could anyone direct me to exact place and time you can find them?

Have you bought Pokemons in 7th Street? But need to hatch this one for Pokedex completion.

I've found them on the current patch in the Obsidia Park post restoration. They're pretty rare though, from memory I've seen them both during the morning, and at night.

I have seen that there is meant to be an event makuhita in the slums on B1F that appears at anytime but requires pokesnax. I'm looking for it now, if I find it, i'll send a screenshot of the location.

Found the Makuhita, the elevator on the left hand side has a passage, you can find it in the room there.
