Won't let me play?

Hi, i've been trying to play this game for months now, uninstalling and reinstalling about 5 times now, but no matter what, once it finishes loading I get this message. Can someone PLEASE tell me what I have to do? Thank you

dont mean to sound rude when i say this but the answer should be somewhat clear as it tells you what you need right in the error

I honestly don't know how to do it, this is a family computer and I only use it to draw digitally, talk with friends or play games i've downloaded, and this is the first time this ever showed up
