DisobeyAway -- Level Uncapper Mod -- Ignore badge-based level caps

Disobey Away is a mod that completely removes the disobedience system-- and doesnt require a replacement of the scripts file to work, making it much more compatible with other mods and overhauls.

 

To install, simply create a Mods folder in the Data folder of reborn, and put DisobeyAway.rb in that mods folder.

 

So far, I've tried it with vanilla Reborn v18.4.1, AMB's modpack, SWM's modpack, and the Reborn Altforms mod. I haven't tried it with Reborn Memeforms, Reborn Redux, or the Randomizer mod, but it should theoretically work with all of them.

 

Make sure EXP Gain is set to normal if you use AMB mods or you'll get reduced or no EXP if you're at the 'usual' gym badge level cap.

 

Gym leaders will still tell you about the level cap, and your trainer card will still show the level cap. These can be ignored.

hi, im curious about this aswell,
ive seen the obey mods for 18.4.3 (however not for 18.4.1 like im using) so after seeing this im curious about it aswell.

 

dont get me wrong, im loving reborn, i really like the badge level cap on all pokemon,,,

but its starting to get a pain in the backside when im getting one-hit by gym leaders almost everytime :<.

yes i know i could prob change up my team setup, ....attempt to figure out how the EV and IV things work,,, last time i played pokemone was before we had the EV/IV system...

 

now i wouldn't streight up max level my caps and just breeze past the game to enjoy the story, i'd still like to at least have enough challange that i would not be able to bum-rush the pokemon,,, but it'd at least like to not get ko'ed every 3 hits :< and just enjoy the storyline... sooo.. maybe 5-10 levels higher then my current badge would be nice enough
