Crashing after cutscene with Karrina after Route 2 train

After Karrina clears us from the policeman and walks up to me, this screen pops up and closes the game.

 

This is after the fighting gym, and I boarded the train in route 2.

... It fixed itself after I went back to Sheridan to complete Novae's quest and purify my shadow pokemons. Alrighty then.
