Difficulty change?

So I started a second playthrough mostly to remember the story, I decided on casual mode but seeing the gym leaders with a team of 4 made me regret. Also I apparently can't get mr. luck to talk to me because i've progressed enough. 

Is there a way to change to regular difficulty? Here's my save file just in case. Thanks
