I have chosen a Gible as my starter Pokémon and have picked up a Staryu, Beldum, Budew  and Mareep.  This game is not as hard as Reborn but I would like to have some team synergy. Is there any way to get a Houndour or Chimchar because I need Fire. Dark and Fighting coverage and I would also like to replace,Mareep  even though it is excellent and Beldum with a Mamgemite. How early can  I catch these Pokémon?

Houndour: Opaque Valley (optional area first accessible between 5th and 6th gym)

Chimchar: Premoggin Canyon event (first accessible between 7th and 8th gym)

Magnemite: Weather Wonderland Stormy Section (first accessible between 7th and 8th gym)

 

There's a notepad file included in the game folder, obtainablepokemon, that lists the locations of Pokemon in the game (although it doesn't list the earliest point in terms of gyms where they can be first obtained)

In addition to the note included explaining where all Pokémon locations are, you also have the option to use debug mode to give yourself whatever mons/items that you may want or need, by interacting with the tree next to Nurse Joy in any Pokémon center. The creator supports the players to play the game however they choose, organically or artificially.
