Quick questions about stone evolutions

Heyho!

 

Kind of a noob question, but somehow I avoided stone evolutions in all my years of PKMN play, so I have a question about it, especially for a certain case:
Nidorina learns Crunch with Lv. 43. Nidoqueen learns Earth Power on the same level. How will this work exactly, when I train Nidorina to Lv 43, teach it Crunch and then use the Moon Stone? Will Nidoqueen immediately learn Earth Power? Later on? Or just never?

Nidoqueen will indeed immediately learn Earth Power once it finished evolving.

There is also a move relearner in the game, so don't worry about missing out on attacks for stone evolution mons if they have a move you want to teach them at a lower level before evolving!
