For sure, I am not the maker of the original sprite itself though it was made in a thread on smogon forums called "Megas for all" I just colored the shiny, I can't recall the name of the original sprites designer.

ahh cool to know, then i just tried to reverse search the image and nothing came up so if you could remember his name i can give him credits tyvm for the quick answer!
