now i am trying to get misdreavus i am just wondering how many times i have to find it cuz i think i found it twice i just dont know if i decided not to bother it or if i defeated it or what i did

just keep finding it, and it will eventually battle you. It's just like the Teddiursa and Lilliup(idk how to spell, but idc) hunt.

I think 5 or 6 times? And it joins you once you find it last time so you don't have to battle it.
