redkotrt Posted June 11, 2020 Posted June 11, 2020 How am I supposed to beat a lvl 53 kingdra when all my pokemon are capped at level 30? Kingdra one shots and outspeeds all my pokemon. I tried save scumming with a prankster volbeat confuse ray, but that barely helped.

Predicting when it goes for rain dance and getting a status condition on it, using traditional boss beating strats and stuff too. You can also wait for level 35 or 40 , it's not like this is a main story part of the game, it's a side quest. Just go beat the third and fourth gym then tackle the problem.
