Duskfang Shadowpaw 60 Posted May 22 Share Posted May 22 You have to go where the missing boyfriend of the Obsidia Ward is who fell through the ground during the PULSE-Tangrowth problems. You can reach that by going down to the Startpoint of the Train, there should be a breakable wall, go throught the narrow corridor then you'll be able to open the gate and to the left is the place where the guy is as well as Victoria and Arc.
