Glass workstation post completion problem.

I've completed the story in glass factory in reborn episode 18. However I didn't get some items (most of them were only accesible with Glaceon.  Is there a way to respawn Glaceon and Espeon after you do all the story in the factory? I also don't want to go back save files because I made so much progress after beating episode 18.

You cant get them anymore until the next episode...
