Simon's sidequest

Hey guys,

I have minor problem. I think I skipped Simon in Tanzan Mountain Meteor arc. (this is actually my 1st playtrough).  Didn't bother me till now, where I just cant find him in cemetery.

I found out, that because I skipped him, I cant activate a certain sidequest's that are necessery to acquire Super Rod. I mean, I'm not that mad, but I'm just OCD about it and want to get everything that is possible in this game (to this moment at least).

Can someone help me and somehow fix this? I'm just about to start "Devon" arc.

You have anther chance at his quest in the glass factory just after facing Amaria
Just rememner to talk to him there
