help Amaria or the Twins?

I’ve recently beaten Titania and Found Amaria in her gym. However Titania mentioned meteor activity in Calceon City: So I went to investigate and found that the Twins,Cain,and Shelly have disappeared.

My questions is does it matter what I do first? Or is there one that would be easier to do first?

You've got to beat Amaria first before you do stuff to find where they disappeared to
