Poliwag Troupe Quest glitch?

hey, this is my first post sorry if its in the wrong place or whatever but im having alot of trouble trying to continue my playthrough of rejuvination after the lockdown of GDC. ive spoken to adrien and started the new east gearen side quests but halfway through the forest cleaning one (for 250,000) it says i need to find poliwag, which is fine ... well it would be if i could actually find them, ive managed to find 5 of the 6 and searched everywwhere on youtube and walkthroughs but none seem to be helping, is my game glitched or am i looking in all the wrong places? im certain  the one i dont have is apparently close to where the player fought and defeated valarie, but that was ages ago and i cant remember where or how to get there ive tried everything
