Julia and Florina Battle

So I was looking at the relationship variable guide and it stated that:

You'll be paired up with florina if you LOST to Solaris, but if you WON you'll be paired up with Julia in the meteor house raid. I'm 101% sure I beat that garchomps ass with the cheese-y quick claw destiny bond sharpedo, yet during this scene I'm paired up with florina still. Is there another variable that comes into play in order to get julia to team up with u that I missed?

 

 

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Just to clarify, you only get Julia as your partner during the battle with Solaris. Florinia is still your partner for the other two battles. Perhaps you misunderstood?

I'm 90% sure that Julia only joins you against Solaris and John, and that you'e still with Florinia for the other two battles.
Don't quote me on that though.
