Budew Replacement?

Was there any replacement for Budew, since it was removed with E18?

There wasn't any replacement ss far as I know. 

As of E18, you can get all 731 non legendaries.

Budew hasn't been removed, it's a joke since Ame dislikes budews

I didn't know that, thanks! However i wasn't able to find it where it is supposed to be, is that just me being stupid or am I missing something?

I can trade u a Roserade or roselia.

But budew has been really removed. I tried breeding, hatched three eggs but got roselia and not budew. Even if we can get it, I just dont know how.

Budew hasn't it needs to be a clear day and you have to have rose insence from the doxy or from lapis flower shop

 

Budew requires your rose to breed holding the rose insence

 

Or after you renovate the slums it becomes available to catch in wild in the park and by the Soltice during morning/day I believe it was
