why have't anyone made a post about heart scales(if there is one i apologize didn't see it)

i noticed that umm i have't found any heart scales either since i started but there's a move tutor in onyx ward does that mean we get in it in a later part of the game or does it mean that its a secret item you find in certain locations. i remember in most gba and ds pokemon games they were on beaches mostly but how do we obtain them in pokemon reborn, anybody can enlighten me?

Look... People around here don't usually give away locations like that but they hint a lot. So, here's a hint! Yes, you get it later in the game and think how you can get them instead of searching on the beaches in the original series...
