Black flute error

so recently i have been trying to start a new save file on pokemon rejuvenation and as i go through the game at some points my script hangs and as known in most fan games that's a common error but however for some reason after that happens whenever i walk on any wild pokemon areas such as grass or the abandoned sewers i get an error saying "black flute used" and it shuts down my game and from there i can't go anywhere that has any wild pokemon encounters so basically i can't continue on the playthrough any assistance is appreciated
