I just beat Adam and got the rock gym badge and Gearen city got revamped, but apparently this removes Hidden Library 1 from the game? So I no longer can do Hidden Library 2 to get the good rod (at least this is where I read you get this item from) to farm heartscales for the move relearner. Is it completely impossible for me to get this now? It is 100% completely impossible for you to do those sidequests now. Sorry to say but you should have done them 12 gyms ago. There should be some other way to get it like a way back through time (since we have access to time splicer crystals) or at least a very obvious pop-up that says "X quest(s) you have not done will not be able to be completed once you continue on from here." Guess I'll have to live with my choices though, my game style is to do the main story and then go back and do side-quests when I have no further progression so no point in whining about it.
