Sneasel?

I saw on the list of obtainable pokemon that Sneasel is not currently obtainable. I was wondering if you plan on making obtainable any time soon, if ever. Sneasel and Weavile are two of my favorite, I'd love to have one c:

Mismagius is actually my favorite but Weavile is more or less tied, ever since gen II with their little baby forms <3
