Magnezone is by far the easiest fully evolved Pokemon to get in this game. Catch Magnemite, level him up twice in that area, and boom: Swagnezone.

You need to enter the back room of the power plant to evolve it, requiring a key item (yuneru key) that is obtainable in the wasteland. No early magnezones, sorry.

Actually, to get the Yureyu Key, you have to go to the room where Sapphira emerged from after the events that occurred at Tanzan Mountain..

EDIT: If you go back to older episodes, you can evolve Magnezone but you have to be inside of the Power Plant.

You can only get the key after beating Radomus. Then go there Sapphira came. You need something with Rock Smash and Strenght.

You're not that far into the game yet conisdering you said you have 6 badges. Just wait til later to get a Magnezone or go back to a previous episode to evolve it.

Or you can just cheat and go to an older version and just level it in shades gym.
