benks 0 Posted July 30, 2013 Share Posted July 30, 2013 Once you make your way through a part of Reborn called the Lapis Ward, if you go back east towards the North Obsidia Ward, there should be a group of people standing in a circle I believe. If you talk to the guy at the highest point of the circle, he will introduce you to a new invention made by Silph Co. called the linking stone. If you are willing to pay a certain amount of money, which I believe is 10000 pokedollars, then you will receive the linking stone which can evolve your kadabra. Link to post Share on other sites
Arom 0 Posted July 30, 2013 Share Posted July 30, 2013 I don't want to spoil anything to you, but let's just say in a part of the game, after you rescue a certain person in the Grand Stairway from Team Meteor, after doing certain things after that you'll get a chance to buy one link stone for 10,000 poké in North Obsidia Ward. :T Link to post Share on other sites
