I have a strategy of using my magnezone with the ability sturdy to hang on with 1 hp, use one of his attacks called mirror shot which can lower the garchomp's accuracy, then I switch into my gyarados, which intimidates the garchomp, lowering its atk. When I switch, he goes for earthquake 95% of the time which doesn't affect gyarados. After that I heal my magnezone with a hyper potion and allow for the garchomp to attack. Strangely enough, the garchomp continuously uses fire fangs on my gyarados, which barely affects him, while I use ice fangs on the garchomp to deal massive damage. Once my gyarados is out, I switch back into magnezone and continue to lower the garchomp's accuracy. When magnezone is back at 1 hp, I switch into togekiss, who is unaffected by earthquake, which gives me time to heal up my magnezone with another hyper potion. The garchomp's accuracy is usually low at this point and starts missing more frequently. At this point I decide to use sweet kiss and confuse the garchomp. Even if the garchomp isn't hurt from its confusion, it has already had a large portion of its accuracy drained. Now, if the garchomp continues to miss, I hit the garchomp with shadow balls, which will sometimes lower its special defense. Everytime though, garchomp eventually breaks through and finishes off my togekiss. After this I send my magnezone back in and use the same strategy. Next, I switch out my magnezone for charizard, who is usually either hit by fire fang which does basically nothing or is unaffected by earthquake, giving me time to heal my magnezone with my final hyper potion. After charizard is taken out by the garchomp, the garchomp has barely any moves left when I switch back into magnezone and continue to decrease its accuracy. Once my magnezone is at its final hp I try to get in another hit hoping the garchomp isn't able to hit me first. When my magnezone goes down, I send in my tangrowth to poison the garchomp and slowly chip away at its health with giga drains.Once tangrowth is taken out, I switch into my final hope-Primeape. Having hopefully lowered its accuracy 3 or 4 stages, I try to get a swagger on the garchomp and confuse it. Swagger will also raise the garchomps attack which can be bad sometimes. But most of the time the garchomp is hurt from confusion greatly, allowing me to attack the garchomp with seismic toss's. One time, I actually had the garchomp struggling, which actually defeated my primeape. Hope my strategy can possibly help some of you!
