Mute the sound?

Is there an option to mute the sound of the game or lower the volume it makes? I like watching some YT while playing

for cool guys who like to play with the sound effects but your own music:

go to BGM folder and delete the contents

Go to sound mixer on your task bar, and scroll over till you see pokemon reborn program

There's an easy way, right click the top of the window for reborn, select properties and uncheck 'Play BGM' or 'Play BGS'

so F1 doesnt work for mac, is there any way we can lower the volume?

If you just want to lower the volume, as opposed to all-out muting it, F1 isn't the way to do that anyway. Windows users need to access the volume mixer from the ashtray, but I don't know if mac or wine has an equivallent to that.
