Can't find DJ Arclight

I'm after where you get Arclight, Adrienn, and Victoria together with Ame and you're supposed to go to the railnet with Arclight and Victoria. However, I have no clue where in the railnet they are. Any help?

They're in the section to the left where you need flash to see properly. If you haven't been there, and a wall is blocking is off, go past the place where the train started in the railroad puzzle and check the walls.
