[SOLVED]Help! Happiny needed

So im trying to complete the pokedex but got stuck on happiny.

I cannot acquire happiny myself as:

1. I accidentally released the event igglubuff needed for the luck incense to breed it.

2. I did not complete the happiny event prior to city restoration.

 

The result of this is that I cannot obtain happiny myself (as my online play doesnt seem to work for trade).

 

I was therefore hoping a kind soul would be able to use my save file and somehow get me pokedex completion of happiny.

I have miss Linda's igglybuff I can give you from a backup or I can trade you a happiny

Problem is that my online play doesnt work so I cannot actually trade it myself. Would you be able to open my save and trade it onto there or is that not possible?
