Magnet Powder for Corrupted Pokeball

I'm trying to get Ralts and I already have the corrupted Poke Ball, but Magnet Powder is nowhere to be found. I looked it up, but the Youtube videos all only show how to get the corrupted Poke Ball, and they already have the Magnet Powder. I found one post that said it is in the Mosswater Factory, but I am past the part where Reborn City was cleaned and renovated. The factory doesn't seem to exist anymore(unless I'm blind), so can I even get Magnet Powder anymore?

You can find Magnet Powder in 7th Street.

The guy across the move tutors sells it.

The factory where you first fight Fern, they turn it into a living quarters for the homeless in Peridot ward right across from the pokemart

Or in the factory where you fight the Pulse Muk. After breaking free, in the area with 1 guard and caged pokemon, you take a left turn and proceed to enter the area, which needs Flash. You can traverse it without Flash, however and in one of its three branching paths, there is a MagnetPowder conveniently lying down in the way!
