I knew it had something to do with rain/storms because of its Pokedex entry saying it can't live in polluted water (which is evidently everywhere in Reborn). So how else would it get clean water? Anyway, the only thing I can think of is to make sure you've got pokesnacks, and that they're in the medicine pocket rather than the items pocket. In order to switch their position, give them to one of your pokemon to hold, and then take them back again. Now, I'm locking this topic.
