Hey i recently went back to tourmaline dessert to finish some quest like the mirage tower and stuff but  can't seem to re enter the dessert after the reborn reconstuctions *finished all main story quests*

You tried getting there by taking a train from the Peridot train station (Bottom left part of Peridot)? You should be able to interact with a ticket machine in the train station

You can also fly to the scrapeyard if you've already gotten there, and from there you can reach the desert from a route similar to the one used to get to the "gym"
