pretty sure it's in Argate CITY, it's the password quest from beside the PC

Not yet. Trying to get it because I'm having trouble with the Cain and Shelly double battle.

Considering how you only need to complete the puzzle and not actually turn in the password for the Gardevoirite, it's possible to complete the puzzle right after picking up the meteor card before doing the gauntlet fight. You can enter the room and solve the puzzle without talking to the person who you need to find a password for
