0 Lucky98 Posted September 12, 2018 Share Posted September 12, 2018 Every non legendary Pokémon (and even a legendary/mythical or few) is obtainable as of E18 Eevee is found in a poke ball at the end of Mysidia Railcave which can be accessed from Chrysolia Forest Charmander is obtainable by using a super rod at the top of Pyrous Mountain Bulbasaur is obtainable in the wild on Azurine Island after completeing its restoration project alternatively, someone might be willing to trade you, but I cannot right now. 0 Lucky98 Posted September 12, 2018 Share Posted September 12, 2018 It’s part of a side quest involving Simon from Team Meteor and is only possible to do if you talked to him inside of their base in Tanzan Mountain before battling the Steelix and Pulse Abra. He’s also apparently found during E18’s story if you didn’t talk to him, but I don’t know where exactly. If you talked to him you can find him in Beryl Cemetery and start the quest.
