Houndour Where Art Thou

So I just drive the Magma gang out of their base and normally there should be Houndour behind Maxwell except it is not there. I bring pokesnax and pokeballs with me and i try going there at all times in all weathers but it is still not there. Is there any other requirements for me to summon it?

Sorry I couldn't help then, i know I had it spawn at night but things may have changed in the update on the timing
