help I am Stuck and can't progress

I am coming out from the Celestinine mountains and I hit a place that I can seem to get through at all (got through it to get to the city) could someone help.

well i realized its the icebit is a bit too big, so i wrote down  the moves you have to do from your picture to the stairs next to you: left down left up right down right up right down

 

 

but if you have to get to ametrine city.

you have to go back to the avalugg and go north
