Magnemite in E18?

Hi, I was wondering whether anyone knew whether Magnemite can still be found in

Shade's gym in E18? For context, I've unlocked the new room. I thought Magnemite were approximately 30% chance of appearing in the abandoned power plant but I've yet to bump into any in ANY section of the gym.

Magnemite was axed to route 3 caves, it no longer appears in the power plant.

But to get a Magnezone you still have to use the hidden room in the power plant. Make sure you have a rare candy in spare because it's easy.
