You'll need to rock climb up a wall. You'll also need a pokemon with Dark pulse. I'm still looking for Snivy myself, so can't help a there, sorry. Quote

0 「J」 Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 Spoiler Head to Agate City to find a hiker, then head to route 4 and find him (its one of the places with water). He'll battle you then let his pokemon out, give him a belt (black belt or expert belt will do, but the rewards are different.) Then feed his pokemon pokesnax in this order : Altaria, then Golem, and a path will open up. Walk around in the grass and Snivy will appear. Quote
