Aurora Veil Problems

Hello, I have recently acquired an alolan vulpix and am looking for the TM Aurora Veil. Sadly I've beaten the ice gym leader before i acquired episode 17. Could someone help me input the TM into my game. 

 

 

 

Also could someone help me input an ice stone into the game too.......

Why not try the trading section/club? They often trade items on there if you need an ice stone.

You can get the ice stone if you enter one of the mountains from North Adventurine Woods. As for the other, wait for a member of staff to deal with the tm.
