0 Elvenlore Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Through breeding or trading with other players. I checked Gastly in the location guide but it wasn't listed as being encounterable anywhere else. Apparently the Abra you get from 7th Street is needed for a mission so it's best if you breed from that rather than using the actual Abra itself. I do, however, have a Gastly I got via wondertrade and my Abra from 7th. Message me, I'll breed you eggs from my pairs. Quote
