Is it possible to edit/change the MC's sprites?

It's not bad at all. You just need gen 3 sprites, and replace the sprites in the Graphics folder. I think they're boy_walk and girl_walk with some numbers.

I recommend looking at amethyst's youtube channels sprite tutorials. Amethyst Liddel is the name of the channel hope Ame doesn't mind me shouting out her channel

Of course it's possible, but you need to edit them. Due to size. Unless you fancy using an already existing sprite (of Reborn, or Rejuvenation), as MC trainer card pic.
