Like... it would start with someone in Sheridan being sick of the constant parties, and wants your help to get rid of him in a legal manner. This person could you give you an audio recorder or something, and you would go talk to Texen to get him to say that he doesn't care about being Gym Leader, and then you take it to Gearen Lab and talk to Whatshisface ((I forgot the guy's name uh... the guy that gives you Gym Advice)), give it to him, and then he promptly has Texen fired. It's a good idea, really, but let's put your idea in THIS perspective, the same thing happens with the you get the tape recorder, but this time there's multiple people complaining about not being able to achieve the badge and can't wait in lines, you show it to Jan in Gearen, THEN he gets fired.
