If you're a noob, under level 30, have never played before, or otherwise don't own Garen, Annie, Ryze, Master Yi, Ashe, or Assassin Master Yi, you qualify! Also included is a 7-day XP boost, and a 1-Day IP boost. So! How will you be deemed worthy of free goodies? Through a contest of sorts, of course! Since these are my prizes, I'll be dishing out the community event that you'll have to win to get them c; The contest will be posted at a later date, but for now, post if you're interested!
