There are no bugs (to the best of my knowledge) that are included in this update, as the main purpose of said hotfix is to buff Darius, who after his rework is very weak, according to the masses. Garen may also be nerfed in this hotfix as well. Quote

Shanco Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 In case any of you haven't been paying attention, the NA server move from Portland, OR to Chicago, IL will happen tomorrow. Everybody on the west coast and east of Denver will feel a noticeable impact in ping. Ranked queues will most likely be disabled for most of the day while the transfer happens, but the service is expected to be available through the day with no downtime. Quote

I have been getting uncanny amounts of packet loss however - ping has been spiking to about 300 very often (once every 30 seconds or so). It might have something to do with my ISP, but I have one of the biggest and most stable in the country. I guess things will get better after the stress test. Quote

My ping happens to be at around 40 at the moment. Everything seems stable to me. Perhaps I won't freeze when I die as Kog'maw, allowing me the actual full duration of his passive.
