Moon Stone Location?

Hi everyone, I was wondering where is a good location to find a second moon stone?  I know there is one in the Obsidia Slums, and need a second.  Since Moon Stone pickup is no more, based on the most recent pickup chart, does anyone know where I can (somewhat easily) find a second one before the top of the department store (if mining, a general rarity would be nice).  Thanks.

Next Moonstone should be hidden in a rock somewhere in the Wasteland. If you don't want to wait for it, then you'll have to mine it. Afaik its rarity is the same as other evo stones, so quite scarce but not as rare as, say, the Odd Keystone. Still, prepare for a good amount of softresetting.

Hi Slippery, perfectly happy to trade a mon over holding a moon stone if you'd like? I got one from using the compoundeyes / frisk trick with the Lunatone I found in the grand stairway.
