gym guide im stuck ep 17 spoils

so i am going around in circles in amaria gym trying to figure out how to get to the battle field. any advice on how to get to her?

Dive in first spot

Down, right, up

Surface

Go to next spot and dive

Down, right, up

Up, left, down

 

Go up stairs and then up the waterfalls(doesn't matter which)

Dive

Go up, and then surface(at the outline of the battlefield)
